WHITE BREAD

Are you a bread fanatic? Isn't there something fantastic about a great slice of
homemade white bread? Whether you're making a peanut butter and jelly
sandwich, grilled cheese, big sandwich piled high with
fixings or simply slathering with butter...I always
found it to be great comfort food.

This is a classic white bread recipe that is so easy and makes for two
of the incredibly " Largest" loaves of simple white bread ever!

Grab that yeast and lets get baking the most delicious, fluffy and soft perfect white bread.

Most important ingredient :)

In a bowl add in 4 1/2 teaspoons of instant yeast.

Whisk in 3/4 cup of warm water and let sit for 5 minutes.

In a very large bowl measure out 10 cups of all- purpose flour.

To the yeast add in 2 2/3 cups more of warm water.

Add in to the yeast 1/4 cup of sugar and give the bowl a mix.

To the yeast add in 1 tablespoon of salt.

Grab 3 tablespoons unsalted butter cubed.

Toss the butter into the yeast and whisk away!

Gradually add in 5 cups of the flour and mix with a wooden spoon.

Add in the last of the 5 cups of flour. With your hands mix and knead
for about 4 minutes. The dough will be soft and tacky.

This is really fun with great loud music playing in the background!

Continue to knead untill a soft ball of dough forms and clears the side of the bowl.

Place the dough in a BIG lightly greased bowl and turn so it is completely coated.

Cover with plastic wrap and set in a draft-free place to rise
until it doubles in size ( about 45 minutes to 1 hour ).

Start a great Netflix movie now!

Oh My Goodness Gracious....HUGE! Haaaaaaa

Turn the dough out onto a clean, lightly floured surface.
Gently press it all over to remove any air pockets.

Divide the dough in two and, work with one piece at a time.

Gently pat the dough into about a 9x12-inch rectangle.

Roll up the rectangle, starting on the short end, into a very tight cylinder.
Pinch to seal the seam and tuck the ends of the roll into the bread.

Place the dough into a 9-inch loaf pan.

Continue the same with the second dough.

Perfect!

Cover the loaves loosely and place in a draft-free area
until they double in size, 30 to 40 minutes.

Now go back and continue your Netflix movie.

Look how HUUUGE the dough got again! Haaaa

We are almost ready for the oven....

Brush the loaves with a good bit of melted butter.

Bake the loaves for 30 to 35 five minutes, rotating
halfway through, until golden brown.

Soon you will be smelling fresh bread wafting from your oven!

These are two incredibly tall full loaves - beauties!

Once removed from the oven immediately brush with some more butter.

They pop right out of the pan...
