TACO PIE

With Cinco De Mayo right around the corner, whip up something with the word

"TACO" .....

This Mexican Crustless Taco Pie is so yummy and you just can't go
wrong serving it for your Cinco De Mayo Fiesta! It's so good you won't miss the carbs!

Grab about 1 pound of ground beef and brown it up in a large pot.

For the Taco Seasoning mix together in a small bowl....

2 tablespoon chile powder
1 table spoon coarse salt
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon black pepper
2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

If you want to cheat I won't tell :)

Grab 6 eggs and 1 cup of heavy cream.

Give the eggs and cream a good "Fiesta Whisking" and set aside.

Toss the taco seasoning into the ground beef and stir on low heat.

For a little "Fiesta Heat" chop up a few JalapeƱo peppers.

Drop in the JalapeƱos and continue to stir.

Add in 2 cloves of minced garlic.

Grease up a 9-inch glass or ceramic deep dish pie plate and add the taco meat.

Slowly pour the cream all over the meat mixture.

Spinkle the top with 1 cup of a blend of Mexican cheeses and bake for about
30 minutes or until the center is set and the cheese is browned.

Remove from the oven and let the Taco Pie set for about 5 minutes.

Taco - bout how fabulous this smells. I could just go on and on and on!

It just wouldn't be a Cinco De Mayo Fiesta without the

MARGARITAS....

Ole',  it's Cinco De Mayo!

Hope you have a Delicious Fiesta!

Enjoy!

P.S.

I call this Taco Pie a Stress-Free Fiesta Dish!

You can make this recipe in advance and refrigerate for later.
