SLOW-COOK PUMPKIN BUTTER


Pumpkin Pie gets all the attention each fall. Well, this Pumpkin Butter 
is just another way to use the colorful fruit. 

Pumpkin Butter is great on...

Toast
English Muffins
Pan Cakes
Pumpkin Bread
Bannan Bread
Ice Cream
Pork Chops
Apple Dippers

Or just about anything you want to taste like fall.

Make once and use it all season long!


In your slow cooker add ...

2 (12 oz) cans of canned pumpkin
1/2c. apple cider
1/4c. brown sugar
1tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1tsp. vanilla
1/2tsp. kosher salt


Stir it all together. Have a taste. Maybe you 
want it a little sweeter so then just add a bit 
more brown sugar.


Cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours, stirring every hour.


It smells so fabulous!


When you can make a line like this in a spoon your
Pumpkin Butter is done :)


Fill your mason jars and store in refrigerator.


I made sure I saved one jar for us.
