PEPPERONI PIZZA CUPS


Pizza Cups require only five ingredients to make, and can satisfy serious pizza cravings in one bite.
Looks Like a Supper Bowl Appetizer to me!!!


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Using kitchen sheers, snip 4- 1/2 inch cuts around the edges of each pepperoni slices, leaving the center uncut. Press each pepperoni down into a mini muffin pan. Bake for 5-6 minutes, until the edges are crisp, but the pepperoni is still red.


Let the pepperoni cool in the pan for five minutes to crisp
so that they will hold their shape.


Them move the cups and wipe out the grease from the muffin pan.


Grab your pizza toppings. 

24 small basi leaves
1 small jar pizza sauce
24 mini mozzarella balls
slices black olives


Pop the pepperoni cups back into the muffin tins and lay in a basil leaf.


Spoon in 1/2 teaspoon of your favorite pizza sauce over the basil.


Top the Pepperoni Pizza Cups off with two cheese balls and a black olive
and off to the oven for about 2-3 minutes
until cheese is melted.


Now your "Pizza Craving" is satisfied in a small bite way!
A little bowl of pizza sauce is great for dipping.
Yum!
