CRANBERRY GOAT CHEESE BITES

I am a fan of Sweet & Savoy, are you? Cranberry Goat Cheese Bites are the cutest
appetizer gems for your Christmas Entertaining. A savory "Cheesecake" filling
all tucked into a store-bought refrigerated pie crust cups. Topped with
seasonal cranberries and sprinkles of pistachios

Run off and get your mini muffin pan and a 2 inch cutter,

Heat over to 425 degrees. Unroll one store bought refrigerated pie crust.
Spray your muffin pan with cooking spray. Now start cutting
24 circles and place the rounds into each well.

Voila!

Plans with this later :)

Mix one egg with 1 8oz. tub of chive and onion cream cheese spread in your blender.

Hi there will you please add a pinch of Salt & Pepper.

Spoon about 1-2 tsp of cheesecake filling into each pie crust.

Top with goat cheese from your 3-4 oz container. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes
or until the cheesecakes are set.

Chop up about a 1/2 cup of pistachios for garnish.

Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before removing.

Top each cheesecake with about a tsp. cranberry sauce and then the pistachios.

Adorable!

And So This Is Christmas.

Santa is giving these appetizers a thumbs up.
"Santalicious" he said.

Move over big guy I want one of those
Cranberry Goat Cheese Bites too.

Enjoy!

P.S.

A little Christmas gift for you. XO
Merry Christmas!
