BEER DIP


If you can't make it to Munich Germany for Oktoberfest then
just turn your home into Germany…
It's all about the Beer & Pretzel anyway, right?
This Beer Dip is so easy and pairs so well with soft pretzels.
Our house guest from Texas got a little taste 
 of Munich in Belvedere last night.


Mix together 2- 8oz. blocks of cream cheese, 1 packet of ranch dressing,
2 cups of shredded cheese and 1/2 of bottle of
you favorite beer.


I thought my cast iron dish worked well for serving.


I found theses cute bite size soft pretzels at my local market
called Pretzilla. I can think of lots of new
ways to use Pretzilla later…Like maybe in a soup:)


Pop the soft pretzels in a 225 degrees oven for about 4 minutes
with a sprinkle of sea salt on top.


I served my Beer Dip with some other different dippers:)
